Odoo Implementation
A working Odoo, shaped around how your business actually runs — live on a date you can plan around.
Most ERP projects fail before the first line of code
They fail because nobody mapped the real process — the exceptions, the workarounds, the thing one person does every Friday. We start there.
We configure before we customise. Every module Odoo already ships is a module we do not have to maintain for you later.
Everything from discovery to go-live
Process discovery
Workshops with the people doing the work, not just the people buying the software.
Configuration
Sales, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, accounting and HR set up to match your flow.
Data migration
Customers, products, stock and opening balances moved across and reconciled.
Chart of accounts
Localised accounting, taxes and reporting that your auditor will accept.
Training
Role-based sessions and written guides, so your team is not guessing on day one.
Hypercare
We stay close for the first weeks after go-live, when the real questions appear.
Straight answers
How long does an implementation take?
A focused single-company setup usually runs 6–12 weeks. Multi-company, manufacturing or heavy customisation extends that. We give you a date in the scope.
Community or Enterprise?
Whichever fits. We will tell you honestly if the Enterprise features you are paying for are ones you will actually use.
Can you work with our existing accountant?
Yes — and we prefer to. They know the rules you have to satisfy.
Who owns the code?
You do. Custom modules are delivered to your repository, and your database is yours to move anywhere.
Thinking about Odoo?
Tell us what your business does. We will tell you whether Odoo is the right answer — including when it isn't.
