Questions

Before you ask

Rigid or customized — which do I need?

If the box is part of the product experience and gets kept, go rigid. If it has to protect, ship and look good at sane cost, customized is the right call. Tell us the product and we will say which, honestly.

Can I see one before committing to a full run?

Yes, and you should. We produce a physical mock-up in your dimensions so you can hold it and sign off the finish before mass production.

I don't have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes. Send your logo and a sense of the look, and we will design to the dieline and show you a proof before anything prints.

What's the smallest order?

Around 100 units for digitally printed custom boxes; rigid boxes usually start near 500 because of the hand assembly involved.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Yes. We are based in Lahore and ship internationally; freight is quoted with the order.
