Custom software

Full-stack web & mobile applications

When off-the-shelf software becomes the bottleneck — complete applications built end to end: the screen your team uses, the API behind it, the database under that, and the deployment that keeps it running.

The case for custom

Software shaped around your process, not the other way round

Most businesses reach a point where the tools stop fitting: the workflow lives in three systems and a spreadsheet, the customers ring instead of self-serving, and the team spends its day re-typing data. That is not a training problem. It is a software problem.

We build the whole thing — the interface people use, the API and business logic behind it, the database it sits on, and the deployment pipeline that ships it. One team, one architecture, one place to call when something breaks.

What we build

Software built to do one job well

Customer portals

Orders, invoices, tickets and status. Self-service, so your inbox stops being the portal.

Field & mobile apps

Cross-platform apps for delivery, sales and inspection teams — tolerant of bad signal.

Operational dashboards

Live views for people who need a decision, not a report.

Internal tools & admin panels

Role-based back-office software for the work no packaged product covers.

APIs & backend services

Authentication, business logic, jobs and webhooks — documented and versioned.

SaaS & multi-tenant platforms

Products with subscriptions, tenancy and billing built in from day one.

How we build it

Three layers, built as one system

1 Interface The screen your team and customers actually use — web and mobile. 2 Application & API Business logic, auth and jobs — documented, versioned endpoints. 3 Data & delivery A database chosen for your data, containerised and deployed with monitoring.
1

Interface

React and React Native, TypeScript throughout. Responsive web, native-feel mobile, designed around the one job the user has.

2

Application & API

Node.js and Express services with role-based auth, validation, background jobs and documented REST endpoints.

3

Data & delivery

MongoDB or PostgreSQL, chosen for the shape of your data. Containerised deployment, CI, backups, monitoring and alerting.

Our stack

Named tools, not a black box

Front-end
  • React
  • React Native / Expo
  • TypeScript
Back-end
  • Node.js
  • Express
  • REST & webhook APIs
  • Token-based auth
Data
  • MongoDB
  • PostgreSQL
  • Odoo as system of record
Delivery
  • Docker
  • CI/CD
  • Staging environments
  • Monitoring & alerting

If you know it as the MERN stack, that is what most of our builds are — with PostgreSQL and Odoo-backed variants where the data calls for it.

How it connects

The app authenticates against your Odoo and reads and writes real records — no middle database, no nightly export, no "the app says something different from the ERP".

Where connectivity is unreliable, we queue writes on the device and reconcile when the signal returns, so a dead zone never costs you an order.

When the system of record is Odoo, the application authenticates against it and reads and writes real records — no middle database, no nightly export, no "the app says something different from the ERP". When there is no ERP, we build the record layer ourselves and the same rule holds: one source of truth.

Handover

What you get at handover

Source code

Full source and repository access — yours, not held anywhere else.

Documentation

API documentation and environment setup notes, written for whoever picks this up next.

Deployment

On your infrastructure or ours — your call.

Support window

A support window after go-live, in writing.

Questions

Straight answers

What does full-stack development mean in practice?

We build the interface, the API and business logic behind it, the database it sits on, and the deployment pipeline that ships it — one team, one architecture, not just the front-end screen.

Can you build on top of our existing Odoo or ERP?

Yes. The application can authenticate against your Odoo and read and write real records, so there is no middle database or nightly sync to babysit.

Web app, mobile app, or both — how do we decide?

By where the work actually happens. Field and delivery teams usually need a native-feel mobile app; office and customer-facing work usually fits a responsive web app. Most builds start with one and add the other once it is proven.

How long does a typical build take?

A focused single-purpose app — a portal or a dashboard — usually runs 6–10 weeks. Multi-tenant platforms and larger internal tools extend that. You get a date in the written scope, not an estimate.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. Source code goes to your repository and your database is yours to move anywhere.

Do you maintain the application after launch?

Yes, if you want us to — a support window is included at handover, and ongoing maintenance runs the same way our Odoo AMC does: fixed scope, named engineer, response times in writing.
